Alex Labelle, Austin Tibbetts and Jack Spellman combined on a two-hitter, and the Black Bears (7-1) scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to beat the Mustangs (3-5) in Readfield.
Mount View didn’t get a hit until Brady Bryant led off the sixth with a single, stole second and third and scored on a throwing error, breaking a scoreless deadlock.
Maranacook answered the bottom half against Stuart Knowlton. The tying and go-ahead runs scored on an error, and Grady Hreben and Caldre Glowa capped the rally with RBI singles.
Tibbetts got the win in relief of Labelle, who didn’t allow a hit over 4 1/3 innings. He struck out four and walked four.
