Alex Mains threw a three-hit complete game to help the Knights (7-6) out-duel the rival Patriots (3-7) in Gray.
Mains struck out two batters and threw only 82 pitches over seven innings. Mains contributed at the plate, as well, recording with two hits driving in a run. Shawn West (RBI), Elliot Roux and Colby Dolley added two hits apiece for Poland.
Liam Joyce also pitched a complete game and struck out six for Gray-New Gloucester.
Landon York drove in the Patriots’ lone run.
