Noah Burnham had two hits and drove in the go-ahead run with an infield single in the third inning and the Rams opened with a win over the Bulldogs in Kennebunk.
Portland jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning on an RBI single by Bailey Jordan and a sac fly by Mateo Pulaski. Kennebunk tied it in the bottom of the inning scoring on an error and an RBI double by Jackson Ralls. Bradley Farrell added an RBI single in the fourth inning for the Rams.
Griffin Whitney two runs on five hits, while striking out five and walking three to earn the win. Logan Jones pitched two scoreless innings to earn the save.
