Matthew Hebert hit a go-ahead sacrifice fly in the seventh inning, Ryan Alexander added a two-run single, and the Spartans (11-5) beat the Navigtors (9-6) in Falmouth.
Sanford took a 1-0 lead in the fifth inning on an RBI single by Drew Vessels. Falmouth tied it on a solo home run by Jacoby Porter in the bottom of the six, but the Spartans answered with four runs in the seventh.
Sanford’s Cayden Gendron pitched a complete game, allowing eight hits while striking out four and walking one. Vessels and Baron each had two hits.
Henry Drosdik had two hits, including a double, for Falmouth.
