The Red Storm (11-4-1) scored five times in the second inning and beat the Bulldogs (1-15) at the Ballpark in Old Orchard Beach.
Patrick Guite hit a two-run double and Liam Vines and RBI double in the second for Scarborough. Kayson Cyr had an RBI double in the seventh.
Aiden Eisenhart had three hits, while Jacob Johnson and Cooper Griffin each had two for Portland.
