Fran Connolly, staked to an early seven-run lead, allowed two hits through five innings as the Capers (11-4) downed the Flyers (8-6) at Cape Elizabeth.
Zach van Huystee and Sam Turner each pitched a scoreless inning to finish off a three-hitter.
Connolly also doubled, walked twice and drove in two runs for the Capers, who scored five in the first inning and two in the second. Cooper Justh added two hits and three RBI.
Matt Mott had a single and scored for Waynflete.
