Leadoff batter Carter Moody was 3 for 3 with a double, three RBI and two runs scored as the Golden Trojans (9-2) defeated the Blue Blazes (1-10) in five innings at Saco.
Noah Fullerton also had three RBI, and Brennan Tabor and Tucker Bailey each drove in two runs. Tyler Do was 2 for 2 with a double and three runs scored.
Five Thornton pitchers combined on a one-hitter with 11 strikeouts. Wyatt Poitras got Westbrook’s only hit.
