Payton Blais drove in three runs to lift the defending Class A champion Tigers to a season-opening win over the Eagles in Biddeford.
Ernie Dore earned the win for Biddeford, allowing four runs (three earned) on seven hits, while striking out four and walking three. He also had two hits and scored three runs. Evan Doyon was 3 for 4 with two RBI and three runs scored, while Parker Blais and Marcus Soucy each added two RBI.
Mason Rulman drove in two runs, while Maddix Morgridge had two hits, including a double, an RBI and a run scored for Windham.
