The top-seeded Vikings won a low-scoring battle with the fourth-seeded Broncos (12-6) in the Class A North baseball semifinals in Paris.
The Vikings (17-1) will face No. 3 Bangor (15-3) in the regional final Tuesday at Morton Field in Augusta.
Oxford Hills pitchers Tucker Hilden (five innings) and Carter Davis (2 innings) combined to hold the Broncos to three hits while striking out three batters apiece.
Cam Pulkkinen broke a 1-1 tie when he scored for the Vikings on an error at home plate in the bottom of the fifth inning. Colton Jendrick singled twice and drove in two runs, Ryder Kennison had two hits and Gunner Truman tripled for Oxford Hills.
Wyatt Allen singled home Logan Powers for Hampden’s lone run. Allen also pitched the first five innings and fanned five while allowing only three hits.
