Sidney Nicholls pitched a one-hitter with 15 strikeouts and no walks as the top-seeded Panthers (15-2) beat the eighth-seeded Rangers (12-6) in a Class B South semifinal in Waldoboro.
Medomak took the lead with a run in the third inning, then broke it open with four runs in the fourth, aided by Arianna Sproul’s two-run single.
Jennika Schumann also drove in two runs.
The lone base runner for Greely was an infield single by Sophie Smith in the fifth inning.
