Brothers Harper and Finley Conover combined for 45 points and helped lead the fourth-seeded Eagles (9-8) over the No. 5 Vikings (5-12) in a Class S South quarterfinal.
Harper Conover, a senior, scored 19 of his 28 points in the first half. Islesboro broke away from a 9-9 tie after one quarter, outscoring the Vikings 21-8 in the second quarter.
Finley Conover added 17 points as the Eagles advanced to the semifinals on Tuesday against top-seeded Valley.
Vinalhaven was paced by Hunter Hamilton, who finished with 18 points.
