The top-seeded Cavaliers (19-1) held the fourth-seeded Bereans (10-8) to one point in the third quarter and cruised to a semifinal win at the Augusta Civic Center.
Valley outscored Temple 16-1 in the third.
The Cavaliers advance to the regional final and will play No. 2 Forest Hills at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Liana Hartwell scored 12 of her 18 points in the first quarter as Valley took a 13-7 lead. Delia Hill added 19 points.
Maddie Corey scored eight points for Temple.
