Joao Samba scored eight of his 22 points in overtime to lift the Blue Devils (4-3) over the Rams (4-4) in Lewiston.
Ben Augustino and Colton Strachan each finished with 12 points for Lewiston.
Nate Grunkemeyer led Bangor with 17 points. Wyatt Chandler scored 13, while Harrison Fitzpatrick ended up with 10.
