Evan Doyon drove in three runs, and the Tigers (2-0) scored seven runs in the fifth inning to finish off a mercy-rule win over the Bulldogs (0-2) in Portland.
Parker Blais, Doyon and Presley Parenteau accounted for all seven Biddeford hits. Blais was 3 for 3 with two runs scored, and Parenteau had two hits and three runs scored.
Payton Blais was the winning pitcher, allowing four hits and one walk while striking out four over five innings.
