Tanner Henry drained seven 3-pointers as part of his game-high 29 points as the Falcons (3-5) rallied past the Seahawks (2-9) in Rumford.
Jake New added 14 points for Mountain Valley, which trailed by four at halftime, then took a one-point lead into the fourth quarter before pulling away.
Tyson French and Finn Harkins poured in 14 points apiece for Boothbay.
