Tyler Samson scored twice for the Rams (2-1) in a win over the Dragons (2-1) at Harold Alfond Forum in Biddeford.
Jacob Corthell and Enzo D’Elia were the other goal scorers. Corthell also had an assist.
Nat Rathbone notched a goal and an assist for Brunswick/Freeport. James Salko cut the Dragons’ deficit to 3-2 in the third period, but Corthell clinched the victory with a late power-play goal.
Richard Pocius of Kennebunk/Wells and Michael Shoemaker of Brunswick/Freeport each stopped 24 shots.
