Logan Curry recorded a hat trick with a goal in each period, leading the Cheverus co-op girls’ hockey team to a 6-1 win over the Portland co-op on Thursday at Troubh Ice Arena.
Joey Pompeo added a goal and two assists, and Jaylee Radford and Abigail Titus also scored for the Stags (3-1-2). Radford broke a 1-1 tie in the second period.
The Portland co-op (2-4) struck first on a goal by Mikaela Furt just 50 seconds into the game.
