Gunner Truman assisted on both goals for the IceCats, including the tying goal by Jokubas Mostavicius in third period.
Collin Lombard put the Trail Blazers ahead in the second period.
IceCats goalie Charlie Herrick stopped 23 shots, while Sawyer Perkins made 30 saves for the Windham co-op.
