Drew Pound scored 17 points, Ben Albertini and Mason Vintinner each contributed 13 points, and the Falcons (5-12) recovered from a early deficit against the Patriots (5-12) in Freeport.
The Falcons trailed the Patriots 18-6 after one quarter, but cut the gap to four, 33-29, by halftime and pulled ahead 41-39 after three quarters. Freeport then pulled away with a 25-11 fourth period.
Carter Corson scored 16 points and Quentin Warrick had 12 for the Patriots.
