Lauren Dunbar scored seven of her 15 points in the fourth quarter, and Gorham (5-3) made 9 of 12 free throws in the final eight minutes to hold off visiting Kennebunk (2-5).
Gorham also got 13 points from Logan Doughty.
Kendall Therrien scored 19 points and Riley Ewing had 17 for Kennebunk.
