Richard Pocius made 29 saves and Dylan Page recorded a goal and an assist, leading Kennebunk/Wells to a 3-1 win over Greely in a boys hockey game Wednesday night at Family Ice Center in Falmouth.
Page opened the scoring with an unassisted goal 4:30 into the game, then set up Jacob Corthell’s goal late in the first period.
Greely’s Jack Noone cut into the deficit early in the second period, but Pocius protect the lead from there. Prescott Plourde clinched the victory with a late empty-net goal.
Greely goalie Beckett Olsen finished with 17 saves.
Kennebunk/Wells improved to 1-1. Greely is 0-2.
