Jake Skillings recorded a hat trick for the Golden Trojans (3-1) in a win against the Huskies (1-1) at Biddeford Ice Arena.
Devin Dube scored twice and added an assist. Thornton also got a goal and two assists from Brennan Tabor, a goal and an assist from Trent Lesieur and Jake Allaire and four assists from Dominic Martin. Austin Goodman, Oliver Thompson and Max Siebert were the other goal scorers.
Thornton goalie Cole Fernald stopped four shots. Kents Hill’s Charles-Oliver Houle made 83 saves.
