Ella Pelletier’s 25 points paced the Vikings (12-5) past the Blue Devils (9-8) in Paris.
Pelletier scored 17 of her points in the first half, including 11 in the first quarter to help Oxford Hills build a 17-6 lead.
Maddy Herrick and Maddy Miller each added 10 points for the Vikings, who held Lewiston to two points in the third quarter.
Natalie Beaudoin led the Blue Devils with 13 points, while Koral Morin scored 11.
