Erin O’Connor scored twice, while Macy White, Dylan McElhinney, Celia Zinman and Adelaide Strout added a goal apiece.
Madelynn Durant scored three of Lewiston’s four goals. Julia Quagliaroli had the other.
Lydia Costa stopped 10 shots in the win and Kaydence Jolin made 34 saves in the losing effort.
