Jaxson Roy-Thompson paced the Greyhounds (4-2) with 20 points in their win over the Raiders (1-4) in Wales.
Maleek Beauimer scored 14, Braden Long added 12 points and Owen Hurd finished with 10 for Lisbon, which trailed by eight heading into the fourth quarter.
Aiden Fortin led Oak Hill with 16 points. Braden New notched 13 points and PJ Smith had 10.
