Owen Hurd scored 16 of his 20 points in the second half as the Greyhounds (5-3) rallied from a 12-point halftime deficit to beat the Hawks (6-3) in Hiram.
Jaxson Roy Thompson added 13 points, Nola Parker scored 11 and RJ Lerette had 10 for Lisbon.
Travis Brassard led Sacopee Valley with 20 points. Payton Young finished with 15, and Silas Nielsen had 14 points and 16 rebounds.
