The Huskies (3-13) pulled ahead in the third quarter and held on to defeat the Purple Panthers (2-13) in Waterville.
MCI outscored Waterville 18-6 in the third to build a 26-16 lead.
Bella Barkac-Girroir paced MCI with 10 points, while Lucia Wilson added six.
Madison Gervais scored 10 and Hailey Snipe had eight for Waterville, which outscored the Huskies 11-4 in the final period.
