Owen Hurd scored 13 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter to help the Greyhounds rally back and (7-5) knock off the Falcons (3-8) in Lisbon.
Lisbon trailed 36-30 after three quarters, then outscored Mountain Valley 23-8 in the fourth.
Nolan Parker hit five 3-pointers, including two in the fourth, and finished with 15 points for the Greyhounds.
Ridge Duguay led Mountain Valley with 15 points, while Dylan Theriault and Logan Crews each had 10.
