The Rams (3-4) went 13 for 21 from the free-throw line and held off a furious fourth-quarter rally to beat the Eagles (6-1) in Portland.
Natalie Santiago scored 13 points, Maya Gayle recorded 12 points and 10 rebounds, and Sophie Hill had 11 rebounds for Deering.
Avery Beal scored 14 points for Mt. Ararat.
