Jonny Porter and Brendan Shaw each scored 13 points, and the Dragons (12-4) rallied in the second half to beat the visiting Cougars (9-7) in Brunswick.
Logan Gray (nine rebounds) and Rylan Ley (four steals) each finished with 10 points for Brunswick, which outscored Mt. Blue 37-14 in the second half after trailing 31-20 at halftime.
Evan Drake and Simon Thomas scored 12 points apiece for Mt. Blue.
