Charlotte Grenier’s four overtime points helped the Knights (12-6) emerge victorious in a Class B South regular-season finale in Freeport.
Grenier, who finished with 12 points, hit one of her three 3-pointers and Maddison Bosse added free throw in overtime.
Payton Rose chipped in 10 points for Poland, which will likely be the fifth seed in the B South playoffs.
Abby Giroux (17 points) and Ky Kennedy (14 points) each made four 3s and Emily Groves scored 15 points for the Falcons (8-10), who appear likely to host a preliminary-round game as the seventh or eighth seed.
