Harry Louis scored 14 points and dished out seven assists to lead the Cavaliers to a season-opening win over the Lakers (1-1) in Bingham.
Levi Short added 16 points and Landon Hartwell had 14 for Valley. Cameron Lay contributed eight points and eight rebounds.
Kaysyn Woike led Rangeley with 15 points.
