Adam Fitzgerald scored 28 points, including six 3-pointers, and the visiting Red Storm (9-5) rallied in the second half for a win against the Scots (8-6) in Standish.
Fitzgerald got 12 points in the third quarter, when Scarborough outscored the Scots 22-12 for a 47-40 lead.
Carter Blanche finished with 12 points for Scarborough.
Max Bouchard led Bonny Eagle with 19 points, followed by Trevor Quincannon and Logan Sturgis with nine apiece.
