Dominic Hau scored six of his 22 points in the fourth quarter as the Navigators (6-5) rallied past the Red Storm (7-4) in Falmouth.
Connor Gooch added 16 points for Falmouth, which trailed 38-32 after three quarters.
Scarborough was paced by Layton Garriepy with 11 points, Carter Blanche with 10 and Adam Fitzgerald with nine.
