Annie Whitmore scored 15 points, Caleigh Corcoran finished with 12, and the Red Riots (14-1) dominated the second half to pull away from the Rams (6-9) in Kennebunk.
Riley Ewing tossed in 10 points for Kennebunk, which stayed close through the first half, trailing 21-18. South Portland, the No. 2 team in the Varsity Maine poll, outscored the Rams 14-5 in the third quarter, then closed with a 22-4 advantage in the fourth.
