Javin Poole scored nine of his 22 points in the fourth quarter as the Vikings (1-3) pulled away from the Lakers (1-2) at the Augusta Civic Center.
Aiden Farnham added 17 points, Hunter Hamilton had 15 and Eli Quinton 10 for Vinalhaven.
Sam Morrill scored 18 points and Kayson Woike finished with 10 for Rangeley.
