Tyler Emerson hit a two-run single to tie the game in the third inning, and the Clippers (7-4) built an 11-3 lead before holding off Wells (6-5) at Yarmouth.
Jack Estabrook and Chase Garofoli had three hits and drove in two runs each for Yarmouth. Gabriel Janczuk also drove in a pair for the Clippers, who survived a five-run seventh by the Warriors.
Wells got two hits each from Colin Vaillancourt and Mason Colbeth.
