Harry Louis scored 15 of his 28 points as part of a 23-6 surge in the third quarter that carried the Cavaliers (7-0) past the Cougars (3-2) in Bingham.
The Cavaliers trailed 32-30 at halftime, but Louis and Collin Nichols combined for all 23 Valley points in the third quarter.
Nichols finished with 20 points. Fisher Tewksbury also reached double figures with 11.
Dirigo got 19 points from Liam Malchisky, 15 from Brady Philbrick and 12 from Owen Smith.
