Gavin Fanjoy sparked a third-quarter surge by scoring eight of his 17 points as the Eagles (12-3) defeated the Mustangs (10-6) in South China.
Erskine erased a 25-22 halftime deficit, outscoring Mount View 20-8 in the third quarter.
Dom Brann scored 16 points, Wyatt Michaud had 10 and Jack Coutts added nine for the Eagles.
The Mustangs were paced by Ethan Cunningham with 15 points, Stuart Knowlton with 14 and Wyatt Bennett with nine.
