Payton Rose sparked a third-quarter surge by scoring nine of her 12 points, and the Knights (2-1) defeated the Lakers (0-2) in Poland.
Alivia Lemieux led Poland with 14 points, and Maddison Bosse added 11. The Knights trailed 23-19 at halftime, then took control by outscoring Lake Region 22-8 in the third quarter.
Lake Region’s Samantha Jones (12 points) and Alison Bourgoin (nine) combined for seven 3-pointers.
