Kylee Mansir scored 12 of her 15 points in the second half as the Ramblers (2-1) overcame a 28-14 halftime deficit against the Seagulls (1-2) in Old Orchard Beach.
Evelyn Mortimer contributed 12 points, and Bella Baehr and Kylee Savage each had nine for Winthrop, which climbed back into the game with an 18-7 edge in the third quarter, then closed out the comeback with an 18-8 advantage in the fourth.
Corinne Androkitis led the Seagulls with 18 points. Androkitis and Megan Dow (11 points) each made three 3-pointers.
