Bailey Tardif-Mockler scored 20 points, Emma Madore added 16, and the Blue Devils (5-4) rallied in the second half to beat the Eagles (1-9) in Oakland.
Lewiston trailed 22-19 at halftime but took the lead with a 13-5 advantage in the third quarter.
Messalonskee got 17 points and 14 rebounds from Addie Hafford, and nine points and 13 rebounds from Leah Adams.
