Helena Sheldrick scored 17 points to lead the Lakers (5-9) over the Capers (6-8) in Cape Elizabeth.
Jada Stewart chipped in with eight points, and Alison Bourgoin made seven free throws in the fourth quarter to help secure the win.
Molly Brownell tallied 13 points and Lila Rosu-Myles had nine for the Capers.
