Harlee Gasser struck out 15 and only allowed three hits for the Blue Devils (1-0) in a win over the Knights (1-1) in Poland.
Elsie Cloutier collected three singles, Haydin Hughes drove in two runs and Juliet Philippon recorded an RBI.
Karlee Lothrop struck out seven batters in a complete game for Poland. Phoebe Paradis got two of the Knights’ three hits.
