The Panthers took advantage of 13 walks and cruised to a season-opening win over the Cavaliers in a game shortened to three innings in Yarmouth.
Aurora Bleier had three hits, including a double, and Cami Casserly added two hits. Jordan Nash hit a double. Lily Fortin struck out seven, walked one and allowed one hit to earn the win.
