Lily Fortin had three hits and also was the winning pitcher as the Panthers (3-0) stopped Mountain Valley (0-1) in five innings at Yarmouth.
Fortin allowed four hits and struck out six for NYA, which scored five runs in the first and fourth innings, and two in the second.
Reese Weaver, Cami Casserly and Sedona Palmer added two hits each for the Panthers.
