Three players scored in double digits for the fourth-seeded Red Eddies (15-4), who never trailed the fifth-seeded Rams (13-6) in a Class A North quarterfinal at the Augusta Civic Center.
Alexis Creaser (10 rebounds), Elizabeth Galway (six rebounds) and Hope Fontaine all finished with 12 points. Edward Little led by as much as 14 in the third quarter.
Bangor’s Avery Clark scored 14 of her 19 points in the second half, but the Rams couldn’t get closer than a seven-point deficit in the fourth quarter. Dalaney Horr added 10 points and seven rebounds, and Gabby Roy grabbed 14 rebounds.
