Grace Lough scored 11 of her 19 points in the third quarter, helping the Raiders (4-1) pulled away for a win over the Seahawks (3-2) in Wales.
Shelby Elwell added 13 points for Oak Hill, which trailed 2-1 after the first quarter before outscoring Boothbay 15-6 in the second quarter and 29-9 in the third.
Tatum French scored 14 points and Aryana Gray had 10 for Boothbay.
