Matthew Plummer scored 13 points, and the Lakers (2-1) overcame a 10-point halftime deficit against the Warriors (2-2) in Wells.
After Wells outscored Lake Region 16-2 in the second quarter for a 25-15 lead, the Lakers responded with a 19-8 run in the third. Jacoby True sank two 3-pointers and Plummer made five free throws in the rally.
Josiah Leighton had 18 points and Kevin Bolduc scored 10 for Wells.
