Brody Poland returned an interception 30 yards for a touchdown and rushed for a score, Mason Henderson also reached the end zone twice, and the Hornets (3-1) eased past the Panthers (2-2) in Waldoboro.

Leavitt quarterback Landon Marquis opened the scoring with a 12-yard run in the first quarter. His 32-yard pass to Henderson in the second quarter made it 14-0, then Poland’s two touchdowns extended the lead to 28-0 at halftime.

Henderson added a 63-yard TD run in the third quarter. Leavitt’s last two touchdowns were a 5-yard run by Nathan Karkos and a 7-yard pass from Marquis to Landen Reny.

Medomak scored on a 35-yard pass from Wyatt Simmons to Owen Dostie.
